We are an UNUSUAL group and we play UNUSUAL instruments.  We play glass bottles.  The bottles are tuned with H2O and then blown, tapped and there are a couple of other techniques that can be used to produce a sound including sticking your finger in the bottle and pulling it out quickly to produce a "pop".  We play mostly hymns and call ourselves The Blowhards.  Such FUN but it's hard to blow on a bottle when you're laughing.  Oh yes, and we wear funny hats too.  Hoping to go to some nursing homes with this group!!

Since this group is a VERY casual one, we practice whenever we get around to it.  Everyone' s welcome to join in and have fun playing the bottles.  Practice is usually after church sometime and may be in Fellowship Hall or where ever else we might decide to practice.
