Cookbooks are $10 per book.  If you wish to have your books shipped, the charges will be $2.50 for 1 to 5 books and $10.00 shipping for 6 or more books. Make checks payable to Christ Church and add Cookbook in the memo portion of your check.  Orders will not be processed until payment is made.  Checks may be mailed to: Christ Church, 2000 1st Ave. N.W., Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52405.  Don't forget to put "cookbook" on the memo line of your check.  If you are not having your books shipped, we will contact you via phone or email for pickup.
