The Christ Church garden has been an ongoing project for several years and what started with one garden is now three gardens, grape vines and a horse shoe pit.  This year our "garden geezers" gave an end of the year "farm report" and we gave away 1,120 pounds of produce.  Some of the produce was used by our own congregation, but much of it also went to food banks and shelters in the Cedar Rapids area.  To the people who plan the garden, till the garden, care for the garden and pick the vegetables, we are all indebted to you for your hard work and delicious produce during the summer.  Now, next year, let's get in some of those delicious Vorlon tomatoes again!!!
